BC Agriculture in the Classroom Award


$65 Cash to Student, up to 1 Award per Region
To be awarded to outstanding projects that show the practical application of scientific principles to agriculture.

BC Science Teachers' Award

$50 Cash to Student, up to 2 Awards per Region
To be awarded to projects from grades 7 or 8 for an experimental project in any category that has clearly presented a hypothesis and independent, controlled variables.

BC Nature Award


$50 Cash to Student, up to 3 Awards per Region

To be awarded to outstanding natural history projects completed by students in Grades 7 to 12. This includes studies of any aspect of natural history, conservation of natural habitats, and/or natural species. Outdoor, nature monitoring or conservation projects are strongly encouraged.

Engineers and Geoscientists BC Award


Cash to Student, Amount Varies by Region ($10 – $100 each)
To be awarded to outstanding engineering projects. Projects eligible for this award include those in the fields of chemical, civil, electrical, environmental, industrial and mechanical engineering as well as systems design.

Vancouver RASC Martha Pearse Award

$50 Cash Award to Student, up to 10 Awards Across Regions

To be awarded to outstanding astronomy or physics projects that demonstrate creativity, innovation and contribute to a greater public understanding of science.

BC Game Developers Innovation Award
